Wackiest casual deck ever? I should think so!

Chancellor of the Dross 4BBB
Creature — Vampire

You may reveal this card from your opening hand. If you do, at the beginning of the first upkeep, each opponent loses 3 life, then you gain life equal to the life lost this way.

Flying, lifelink

6/6

If you ever read one of the real old rule books, this game could be bonkers with new cards. We've had so many editions and updates and rules tweaks over the last 27 years. The original deck size was 40, not 60.

In the old days,  you weren't limited to four copies of a card per deck.So just imagine a player who only played casually in 1993 seeing this card. The first thought is going to be "Just play 40 of these. Black Lotus, Shivan Dragon, and Craw Wurm have nothing on this."

So the decklist for this imaginary format is:
40 Chancellor of the Dross

That's it. That's the deck. The game would literally come down to winning dice rolls.
