Standard: Bant Ramp

Alexey Sukhikh won the Red Bull Untapped Online Qualifier Russia with Bant Ramp. Nick was talking to me like "Why don't people play four Uro". I sure hope he gets fired for that blunder because played and won with four copies of Uro.

Long story short, Uro is absurd. I don't know if it's ban worthy but it's definitely absurd. Also combined with Growth Spiral. Explore was perfectly playable. Wizards stepped that ability up. Tack on a blue mana or change a generic to blue mana, and you have two extremely playable cards. Adding a blue mana makes it gain life and have a recursion ability. Also an attack trigger. Changing a generic to blue makes it instant speed. These cards are nuts. But like I said, not ban worthy.

Basically you ramp a bunch, draw a bunch of cards, stay alive with Teferis and Ugin, make some sharks, and beat down with Krasis/Uro.

That's probably an oversimplification but I've seen Nick crush with it a hundred times and he manages conversations with me at the same time. He is either a great multitasker or the deck is haha lands go brrr.
