I had this built a while back and it was cute. It's not going to win a SCG Open but would fair well at an FNM level event. It's even fine for casual play.
How to play this deck:
1. Play the mana elves
2. Play some more
3. Ezuri/Shaman of the Pack to win
It's not complicated.You play a whole bunch of elves and overwhelm your opponent. Heritage Druid and Nettle Sentinel work together. Clancaller and Archdruid pump the team. Ezuri makes the team bigger and trample. Shaman finishes the game if Ezuri didn't.
